This could be done together with #225 *and* a view counter for posts. We'll have to start tracking visits (`uid`, `date`) to posts.

I remember it was initially done this way in purpose, to give posts more "value" over comments Also because back then posting tons of comments in very very old posts...

Alternative, lazy option: Define a site-wide random/"whatever" sub and allow mods to kick off-topic posts to that sub

Yeah you'll have similar concerns on most sites, that's why I suggested only allowing moving to a pre-determined catch-all sub
