E.g. the [amt capital gains brackets](https://github.com/PolicyEngine/policyengine-us/blob/master/policyengine_us/parameters/gov/irs/income/amt/capital_gains/brackets.yaml) are uprated but do not display so in the app:  Seems to work locally
