Uprating is not reflected in the web app when used in the metadata of breakdown parameters

E.g. the amt capital gains brackets are uprated but do not display so in the app:

It works locally if we create metadata for each individual filing status such as in the Vermont Standard deduction: When running local tests and printing the values of 2024 / 2025 etc. they are returned with uprating

However, we do not even display the 2023 value for this parameter in the web app:
