Sadly, I don't have a config.txt file from one of the attempts at installing it with said plugins in it because I had to reset the taiHen just to keep...

I don't remember. But apparently, I never reenabled that particular plugin so I guess it wasn't important. Anyway, I tried reinstalling it. Still doesn't appear in the quick menu, but...

Btw, not sure how relevant this information is, but I'm using a 1000 model Vita. I'm not sure that will help but a little extra info couldn't hurt.
