Provenance of PFAM Domains is Unclear

I see system.file('extdata', 'protein_domains.RDs', package = 'maftools') but how old is it? ?pfamDomains does not explain version.

Hi,

I compiled it almost ten years ago from a few public resources. I was still new to coding and didn't do a good job documenting. Sorry, I can't say if I know the version.
