Added support for European version of Vital200S PRO

I would need to add this support. When adding a line for LAP-201S-AEUR, everything works, but the PET mode is not available.

Add support for European V201S-AEUR, it´s work.

Sonoff SWV does not see water statistics

I am using NSPanel86PB as Zigbee HUB, I can see the water entity but its state is still unknown.
