There are a couple more calls to that method in the Mongo handler as well, afaik all timestamps in cached data are seconds so those are probably also non-functioning. Though...

I'm not really sure why this is happening, the images used to create the bushy effect still have transparency so I'm assuming 1.13 now handles these differently. I haven't see...
