Made blank NBT files and replaced them with a datapack, seems to remove the greenhouses.

Downgraded versions of VSP and Collective, and it still happened with fresh configs and world.... maybe an issue introduced in newer Forge versions?

That is by design according to the mod author on the mod page.

Try editing the last option in the config-client.toml file to read this: "Use GUIs" = true
