After one mob is submerged in amber, all entity shadows stop rendering.  Only Sully's Mod 3.1.2 and Blueprint 7.1.2 is loaded on Forge 47.4.0.

Baby bouldering zombies have the same hitbox size as adult bouldering zombies, as shown in the image below.
