Wrong path to twitteroauth.php file

Change the path of twitteroauth.php (add kertz/ after vendor/)

There is a little mistake in the the install documentation, the path to twitteroauth is wrong : file: %kernel.root_dir%/../vendor/kertz/twitteroauth/twitteroauth/twitteroauth.php instead of : file: %kernel.root_dir%/../vendor/twitteroauth/twitteroauth/twitteroauth.php
