I can confirm that for me too , removing and reinstalling the Whisper addon solves the problem. I only have tiny and base installed , but none are backed up!

It runs in Proxmox VM And the install script links to the OVA version
I was searching why my backups grew so much, and yes it's whisper models that are backed up , so add me to this , also searching where those files...
