Maybe not a bug. Seems to be related to the "Unknown Initial Scan do not Skip0" option that I enabled. I will run more tests and report later on.

Cheat engine actually pauses all refreshes while the game is auto paused and behing scanned and it actually makes sense as no memory suppose to change while the game is...
