Hi @BYVoid, 就我的認知，台灣多是使用「招募」這個詞，偶有使用「招聘」可能是受到兩岸文化交流或陸資企業、或是學習簡體中文的使用者（現在全球中文使用者群體中的多數）所影響 在台灣教育部建議一般民眾所使用的《國語辭典簡編本》中搜尋的話可以看到，裡面是沒有「招聘」這個詞、只有「招募」： - 招聘：https://dict.concised.moe.edu.tw/search.jsp?word=招聘 - 招募：https://dict.concised.moe.edu.tw/search.jsp?word=招募 我也測試了一下，如果用 "招聘" 在搜尋引擎中作為關鍵字去搜尋繁體中文或台灣的網站，能搜尋到的結果相當少（對比使用招募而言），最多得到的結果是香港的網站、再來是人力相關（可能會需要做關鍵字 SEO 的服務）為主的幾個網站，反之以 "招募" 作為關鍵字，則可以得到非常大量台灣各行各業、包含企業徵才等網站 看看這些資訊是否能作為參考讓 OpenCC 的簡繁轉換可以更完善，謝謝
