v3 now supports multiple languages. A voice trained in English can somewhat also speak another language. Though more monotonally.

Yes, by commenting out commands in the Default.sublime-commands file.

Agree. Current workaround is to use the command '**Git: Custom Command**' and write: mv Package seems to take the working directory from the file that is opened. For future developer....
