Not a duplicate. This request is for Twilight Princess HD and #488 is for Wind Waker HD.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 and can confirm this issue.

I noticed you can now change the "Day Time" mod settings without needing to restart the emulator for changes to take effect. This is closer to what I originally wanted...

This seems like an issue that you would normally see in 2D games when using up-scaling but the game natively supports 1080p (the resolution I'm playing at). Log included. [RPCS3.log.gz](https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/files/7087229/RPCS3.log.gz)

Still happens in OpenGL and Vulkan with or without Strict Rendering on latest version (0.0.22-13648)
