Copy and pasting introduces newlines (Firefox)

If I copy and paste the CSR from Firefox into Notepad, all lines get interleaved with a blank line, so the CSR becomes invalid. With Chrome, it works fine.

Inline Google fonts

Minimal dependencies is valuable from a security standpoint. Each external dependency could be used to attack the page potentially. We can inline the google font to remove one dependency.
