Copy and pasting introduces newlines (Firefox)

If I copy and paste the CSR from Firefox into Notepad, all lines get interleaved with a blank line, so the CSR becomes invalid. With Chrome, it works fine.

Seems like CR vs CR/LF; interesting; we will find time to investigate but PRs welcome.
