As @Greybird mentioned above, disabling [edge://flags/#edge-new-pdf-viewer](edge://flags/#edge-new-pdf-viewer) works around the problem. Unfortunatelly, it's not acceptable solution for general nontechnical population. This workaround also seems to work: ``` PDF.SecurityHandler.SetEncryptionToV2With128Bits() ```
