Improve topological sort time order (to `O(n+v)`) by using the depth-first search based algorithm. Improve cyclic dependencies error messages by providing a diagram of the offending systems.

makes it so that relationships to new factions are initialized to defaultGuestPermissions. also makes it so that when someone isn't in any faction, they have defaultGuestPermissions on faction land.
