Not really, I still have DLCs showed as a separate games in the library, so there is some more work to do about that.
Those gameplay changes could be made into unlockables, where you unlock those options after beating D3 and RoE at least once.

1. It's not over-engineering. 2. If it's impossible to make an updater, then it would be nice to at least have separate file for user overrides.
