Speical load order for bootstrap and aws authentication?

I am currently having an issue with integrating bootstrap into my pages that are using aws services. ( ie dynamo db, s3), from what I can tell using bootstrap breaks...

There seems to be a bit of misinformation going around regarding what is expected for the final. Just to be clear our options are to either do: ASP.NET Final Project...

Cant access s3 anymore.
