The first connection can take longer (I saw 2 minutes as maximum). Also make sure the bluetti App is completely closed

The AC500 is included from [bluetti_mqtt](https://github.com/warhammerkid/bluetti_mqtt), so the bug is most likely caused there.
Can you test the beta release 0.0.16? The data should show up in this release
