You can try restarting the BT Proxy

The internal Bluetooth sometimes cuts the connection sometimes. I'd recommend an [ESPHome Bluetooth Proxy](https://esphome.io/projects/?type=bluetooth) or one of the [supported BT Dongles](https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/bluetooth/#known-working-adapters)

Other question: Did some entities not load or are in unknown state? Just to verify if the Registers are working as expected
