Workaround: download and install WSL 2.4.13 from https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/releases, no uninstall needed.
@canadacubachina you should use Primary connection string (StackExchange.Redis), not just the Primary key
Use the value from the third text box, not from the first. Connection string contains both Redis server name and the key.
