I tried to implement it, but did not get very far. Sorry.
Just wanted to mention: If you use Spring Webflux with Netty, you can use Logbook with HTTP 2 by letting the `logbook-spring-webflux` module (https://github.com/zalando/logbook/pull/1150) handle the logging.
