going to solvers/olaFlowOF800/olaFlow.C and modify the include CorrectPhi.H to the absolute path of the file worked for me. in my case it is #include "/opt/openfoam8/src/finiteVolume/cfdTools/general/CorrectPhi/CorrectPhi.H"
