[Feature] Option to not record Practice Mode

An option in the RecordingFileFormat to show when a recording was done in Practice Mode would be nice in addition to this. I'm not sure if this would be better...

[Feature] In-game indicator of recording status

Since Counters+ [supports customer counters](https://github.com/Caeden117/CountersPlus#custom-counters), would it be possible to use Counters+ to accomplish this? [More info for devs](https://github.com/Caeden117/CountersPlus/wiki/For-Developers), if it helps.
