Created a [PR](https://github.com/jakartaredhat/jakarta.ee/pull/1) to merge https://github.com/jakartaee/jakarta.ee/pull/1496 into this. Discussion of alternate tests vs. expanding tests still outstanding since no resolution/consensus as of yet.
