Suggestion: add cuteSV to SV-benchmark

Hello,

I developed a new SV caller (i.e., cuteSV), which is a sensitive, fast and scalable long-read-based SV detection approach. I forked this repository and rewrite it for a new evaluation on a ONT PromethION dataset. The results are shown here. Considering the outstanding performance, hope you can add cuteSV to your SV benchmark with PacBio long-reads if you have time. Many thanks to @armintoepfer for your great works on developing this detailed assessments.
