Describe the bug After try to start the pipeline: "SyantaxError in line 48 of /mnt/mountdoom/mnt/work/bioinfo/home/pab23/miniconda3/envs/pb-metagenomics-tools/HiFi-MAG-Pipeline/Snakefile-hifimags.smk: invalid syntax"

Expected behavior Expected the pipeline to run as normal
