pbcore required for running RepeatAnalysisTools

For those interested in running a subset of these scripts, you may want to mention in the README that pbcore (as a minimum) needs to be installed to the conda environment. conda install -c bioconda pbcore

I also tried doing it this way python -m pip install git+git://github.com/PacificBiosciences/pbcore.git but it produced an error due to Python versions, it somehow wanted Python 3.7 for this but could be just the way I have set up my pip.

The python parts of the Pacbio software stack are just now being updated to version 3.7, including pbcore. The repeat analysis scripts are still v2.7 until I can get them updated as well, so you will need an older version of pbcore to run them. Sorry for the inconvenience!
