what are the corrected reads?

Hello? I used the FALCON software, and I have some questions here. (1) The corrected reads are cns fasta file or the overlapped files? (2) If I set the coverage was 50x，the cns reads may less than 50x and the overlapped reads will less than the cns reads right?
