Note: the conversion code should be applied on both ROS2 and ROS(1) sides, as the data may be accessed on both. The easiest way will be implement a library file with all the transforms required (not only frame transforms, but also data transforms). @Thomas Gubler

This includes frame transforms, SI units convertions, etc. Should be contralized on a library that will be used on both ROS2 and ROS nodes.
