Verify/add additional telemetry modems in pixhawk.org

As per https://github.com/PX4/px4_user_guide/pull/106#issuecomment-349150302 there are some additional modems listed in : https://pixhawk.org/peripherals/radio-modems/start - e.g. Xbee.

The action here is to verify if they are supported, and if so, what configuration is required. Then add to the telemetry section
