Language switcher not working reliably

I just added a language switcher plugin in #134. This works locally and on my test gitbook site. HOwever it is not working/displaying on the live site.

Removed this with #136 . The problem is that the language switcher uses the index.html that the redirect plugin removes.

To fix this we'll need to update the plugin to inject the redirect.
