[Bug] Issues with new collision prevention updates
Describe the bug
Some users have reported issues with the new collision prevention. We should regression test the implementation since a lot of changes have been made even since the original PR.

Do you have details on the setup?
@dagar this was just reported on discord. Some users were trying to use CP in the direct or smoothed velocity modes which is not supported as @Claudio-Chies moved everything to acceleration based mpc mode. That being said I think with all the changes made this should probably be tested regardless.
Yea, with my PR, smoothed velocity is not supported for CP anymore, should it still be?

Closed as the documentation has been corrected to show accleration based MPC_POS_MODE and testing shows CP was working with a 1d lidar.
