mavlink: Log the achieved WP with a message

Solved Problem

When executing the flight plan, the achieved WP could not be easily verified.

Solution

Change log level from DEBUG to INFO and add achievement WP.

Execute flight plan at SIH.

Confirmed that the flight log is logged in the message list.

1. I don't think this should be enabled by default, but I'd be in favor of making it a runtime parameter you could enable.
2. Please look at the CI build failures.

I would add SDLOG_REACHED_WP, to the config parameter. 0: DISABLED 1: ENABLED
