Fixed output file size and name. Also updated the name for the input ones, although this tool does not use them.

Bug with .max

I Converted GTA-VC PSV save file to .max and when i try to add the file to a Mcd.ps2 with MyMC++ the operation fails. And the Mcd.ps2 file gets corrupted...
