Just reading the crashlog it looks like it's related to cofh (all the references to "cofh.asmhooks.block.BlockTickingWater")

Sorry to bring this up again, would it be at all possible to fix a tool affected by this without just copying over the data from a backup?

I mean even when replacing the Twilight Forest material (e.g. raven's feather) with a normal one (slime leaves) the Twilight Forest material isn't properly removed meaning the item's NBT data...
