[Bug] SSL certificate expired for https://download.openmmlab.com

pip install mmcv==2.1.0 --trusted-host download.openmmlab.com -f https://download.openmmlab.com/mmcv/dist/cu118/torch2.1.0/index.html This skips SSL verification. Worked for me.
