by default in Arch Python base environments are marked as “externally managed” this was introduced with PEP 668 https://peps.python.org/pep-0668
PEP 668 is why I started using venv for the bot
its apparent there to prevent system packages from being broken by pip
I am having this problem on an RX 7800 XT and Arch Linux [train.log](https://github.com/RVC-Project/Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion-WebUI/files/14734196/train.log)
it works on my Windows VM with an RTX 3060 attached but not on Linux with the RX 7800 XT why is that?
its annoying because I want to use my AMD card because its more powerful than my 3060 and has more VRAM but this error stops me from using it
