Hi proycon, You can check [this](https://github.com/emerging-welfare/kAlpha/blob/master/kAlpha.py) script that i wrote for our own annotations. It is not generic enough though.

Adjudication for FLAT-based annotations

Hi Alex, You can use the [merging script provided by proycon](https://github.com/proycon/foliatools/blob/master/foliatools/foliamerge.py) to merge annotations from different annotators into one file, then make changes on it in FLAT.
