Create and use a separate table (parts_by_lcsc) to index FTS5 parts table by rowid to speed up.

I didn't see this pull request prior to taking a look at the performance myself, but I was able to make get_part_details 100x faster without too much trouble in https://github.com/Bouni/kicad-jlcpcb-tools/pull/503....
