How can I get the page number for a specific TOC item

For example my TOC (nav file) contains href's to s1.xhtml, s2.xhtml etc. How can I get the page number of each href?

It would be helpful to have an option to create an app for both platforms. I understand the Access key should be different, this can be done in the Accesss...

There is no method to delete an app even if it has not deployments.
