I hadn't committed my `yarn.lock`, once I added that to GH the build worked fine and I didn't get this message

Cardano (ADA) Address on Testnet is not getting validated

I am not sure how much work it would be to get this merged given the PR is stale now, but https://github.com/christsim/multicoin-address-validator/pull/52 would be very handy for me also :)
