Feature Request: Not option when "exact scanning"

A small request Like in cheat engine, add an Not option when exact scan is selected. This will remove results matching the given value. Edit1->2: Also the Not option should...

- A new option in scan type `comboBox` is added - `tr.py` is updated to include string `Not` - Option works only with `INT` and `FLOAT` value type

- `String` or `AOB` value types when selected will not show incompatible scan types as a option

Scan types like `INCREASED` or `DECREASED` are incompatible with `String` or `AOB` value types. Yet they are shown as an option
