Error Info: Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Open liyadang opened this issue 5 years ago • 5 comments

Hello,

Recently, I used repaq to compress a fastq file and then tried to check the result. When I used this cmd: "repaq -p -i xxxxxxx.fq.gz -r test.rfq -j test.txt", it returned "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" and stopped. Could anyone help me to fix it? Thx~

Could you upload the files that I can reproduce this problem?

Hello sfchen,

Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry that the file is too big to upload. Fortunately, this problem is rare. So, next time, if I encounter the same error with a small input, I'll upload it.

This time I get a 1.6G fq file, which can reproduce the "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" error. The following is the link of this file: https://pan.baidu.com/s/1Vq_Ll4s5BibYz66NTHlyiA bjbq Could you fix it? Thank you~
