what is the max number of interval in a bed for QC report

I tried to generated the QC report with coverage statistic in bed scale, When I used a smaller bed, such as the example one, I can get the nice plot. However, when I used a much larger one (such as the WES), the bed plot fail to show up (genome scale plot are unaffected)
