how to set umi mismatch and umi cluster method?

Hi, when i using gencore, can I set umi mismatch or the clustering method like 'directional adjacency' in umi-tools?

I am also curious about this, since UMI are usually not 100% perfect. There might be some mismatches. @sfchen
