Running fastp - AWS AMI Scaling Groups

looking to see if anyone has insight as to the success or failure with running fastp on AWS Scaling groups using a FOR LOOP, python script for samples in folders to pickup files in AWS S3, to run, then shoot the -o to S3, then process the reports?

Trying to build the automation of allowing fastp to run serverless.
